At NCT, we believe that our company is more than just a collection of individuals, it’s the culmination of our team’s collective knowledge and experience in the renewable technology industry. Led by our Managing Director, Dave Clarke, who has an impressive 36 years of experience in the heating industry, with a dedicated focus on renewables for the past 15 years, we are committed to delivering unparalleled expertise and service to our clients.
For clients who prefer a hands-on approach, we also provide design, supply, and support options. We can supply all the necessary equipment and designs, allowing clients to manage the installation themselves. Rest assured, our team will provide training and support to plumbers and engineers to ensure the systems are installed and set up correctly. This approach aims to build confidence among tradespeople, encouraging them to recommend renewable energy solutions to their clients.
What sets NCT apart from other companies is the depth of knowledge and experience that our entire team brings to the table. For instance, Dave and our Operations Director have a longstanding working relationship spanning over 23 years, while our lead engineers have worked together for a decade. In fact, our two lead engineers underwent their training and apprenticeship under Dave Clarke’s and Rob Turner’s supervision and tutelage, further solidifying our commitment to nurturing talent and expertise from within.

Dave Clarke
Managing Director
Dave has experience in the heating and ventilation industry since the early 1990’s, since 2010, Dave has dedicated himself to the Renewable/Energy saving sector of the industry, in areas which cover System Design, Specification, Consultancy, Manufacturing and Equipment testing and Certification along with project management.
Rob Turner
Operations Manager
Rob has worked alongside Dave Clarke since beginning his plumbing and heating apprenticeship with Dave in 2000. He has since worked his way up the ranks from installation engineer to his current position of Operations Manager of Nuenta Clarke Talbot.
Carrie Shepherd
Office Manager
Carrie has over 20 years of experience in business administration for various sectors. Her expertise is a huge asset to our team, helping us streamline processes and in helping to achieve the UK’S net Zero targets. With two decades of experience, we’re in great hands.
Fiorelo Osmani
Senior Sales Consultant
With a background spanning several years in the merchanting and construction supply sector, Fiorelo has developed a deep understanding of the products, people, and processes that drive successful building projects. Today, as a Senior Sales Consultant, he specialises in renewable energy technologies, helping customers navigate the rapidly evolving world of energy-efficient building solutions.
Combining technical knowledge with a strong customer-first approach, Fiorelo supports developers, contractors, architects, and self-builders with tailored advice on ventilation, heat pump, and low-carbon technologies. His focus is always on delivering practical solutions, building long-term relationships, and helping clients create healthier, more sustainable buildings.
Nick Couzens
Sales Manager
Nick has been working in the heating, ventilation and renewable energy industry since 2021. He began his career in direct sales of air source heat pumps and solar PV systems before moving into the commercial sector. His experience now covers heat pumps, MVHR systems, thermal storage and renewable energy solutions, working with contractors, consultants, developers and merchants on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Nick is responsible for sales and project support, helping customers find the right solution for their requirements and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from enquiry through to delivery.
Dale Price
Lead Installation Engineer
Dale has worked with and alongside Dave and Rob for the last eight years. Learning on the job Dale has progressed from a plumber’s mate role into an established installation engineer in his own right. Dale is a MVHR installation specialist, but works with the installation of other technologies as well.
Ben Bradley
Lead Project Technician
Ben has been involved with Renewable energy now since 2021. In this time he started as a ducting installer guided by an experienced fitter, making his way up to Lead Project Technician. Ben’s job roll involves, servicing, installation, project management, technical sales & technical support and advise when necessary.
Ben can put his hand to any part of the process during an MVHR enquiry from the client.
