Project Overview

Broadshard House is a high-quality residential property located in the New Forest, where the homeowner was seeking a complete ventilation solution capable of delivering fresh air, heating and cooling throughout the home in a simple, efficient and unobtrusive manner.

Nuenta Clarke Talbot (NCT) supplied a Clivet ELFOFresh EVO thermodynamic MVHR system together with the associated ventilation ductwork package. The installation was carried out by other contractors, with NCT returning to site upon completion to commission the system and ensure it was operating to specification.

The Solution

The Clivet ELFOFresh EVO is an advanced thermodynamic mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) system that combines ventilation, heating, cooling and air filtration within a single integrated solution.

For Broadshard House, the system was designed to:
